The Tetra Gun ProSmith 29-inch .22 rifle rod is a one-piece coated stainless steel cleaning rod for small-bore rifle shooters, built to protect the bore from the rod itself. Tetra coats the high-grade steel rod against chemical and abrasion damage, fits a composite spinning handle for leverage, a screw-on bushing and a brass collar, and includes a bore guide. Threads are industry standard (8/32 for rifle, 5/16-27 for shotgun), and the rod comes in a reusable tube with a hanger.

Tetra Gun, made by FTI Inc. in the United States, is known for its fluoropolymer lubricants and for the ProSmith range of bore-cleaning hardware. The pieces are sized to industry-standard rod threads, so they mix with cleaning gear you already own.
