Shotgun ammunition in 12, 20 and 28 gauge and .410 — target loads, game loads, steel and heavier field shot.
Shot size does most of the work. Trap and skeet suit 7.5 and 8 shot in a light target load, which keeps recoil manageable across a long card. Sporting clays often wants 7.5 for the longer presentations. In the field, 6 and 7.5 cover quail and rabbit, while 4 and larger suit ducks and bigger game where legal.
Two things worth checking before you buy. Non-toxic shot is mandatory for waterfowl in most jurisdictions, so confirm your state's requirement. And steel behaves differently to lead: it does not deform, so it should not be fired through tight chokes in guns not proofed for it. Check your barrel's proof marks and your choke maker's guidance.
Ammunition is collection only from our Roseville Chase store. We do not ship ammunition of any kind. Bring a current firearms licence.
