For anyone cleaning a universal shotgun bore: the Tetra Gun ProSmith cotton patches in universal shotgun, pack of 150. These are the basic consumable of firearm maintenance: square cotton patches cut to suit the calibre, used on a jag or patch holder to carry solvent down the bore and to dry and oil it afterwards. Tetra sizes the patches so they fill the bore without jamming the rod.

Tetra Gun products come from FTI Inc. in the USA and have been on the market for decades. Regular cleaning with correctly sized brushes, mops and patches keeps a rifle or shotgun accurate and rust-free between seasons.
