The SOG Rapid in Rescue Red is a compact fixed-blade key-ring knife that pulls from its sheath with a tug and is controlled through an index-finger hole, sitting unnoticed on a keychain or lanyard until needed.

It is a full-tang 3Cr13 stainless steel tool with an aluminium pull ring and textured GRN grip and sheath; the grip guides the fingers into the right position on deployment. Listed in store as the Rapid Edge; SOG now calls it simply the Rapid.

SOG takes its name from the MACV-SOG special operations group and has been making knives and tools since 1986 from its base in Lynnwood, Washington. We carry the range for hunters, pest controllers and outdoor users who want a working blade or tool rather than a display piece.
