This is the magazine tube, stainless, 24 inch, 12 round fitted to the Rossi R92 .357 Magnum. Part number R10026108. It is the .357 Magnum version. Finish is stainless steel. It is the full length tube for the 24 inch barrel, holding 12 rounds. The R92 is Rossi's Model 1892 pattern lever action, chambered in pistol calibres such as .357 Magnum, .44 Magnum and .45 Colt.
