The Lee .495 Bullet Sizer & Punch sizes cast bullets to a uniform .495" diameter, and also seats and crimps gas checks in the same pass.

It fits any Breech Lock enabled reloading press and is used with the Breech Lock Bullet Sizer Kit or the Inline Bullet Sizer Magazine Filler Kit. Lee Liquid Alox, a press and one of those kits are required and sold separately.
