The Kowa TSN-501 is a compact, lightweight 50mm angled-view spotting scope supplied with a 20–40x zoom eyepiece. At around 400g it is easy to carry in a pack and well suited to hunting, hiking, birding and checking targets at the range.

It uses a Porro-prism light path with fully multi-coated lenses, a waterproof body, aiming sight and focus knob.
