Hunters Edge BuckDust Wind Checker

BuckDust is an ultra-light, ultra-fine wind and thermal indicator made in Australia by Hunters Edge. Each small puff hangs in the air long enough to show even faint air movement and rising or falling thermals, so you can plan your stalk on deer, pigs or foxes and keep the wind in your face.

Unlike talc-based checkers, the powder is much finer and lighter, so it stays airborne and each check uses less of it. The 8 g bottle gives a similar number of checks to many 14–20 g talc bottles. A turret flip nozzle opens one-handed and a gentle squeeze delivers a controlled puff, with a low-visibility matte finish for the field.
