Materials: Made of a patented material using a special compound based on polypropylene TTX01, glass fiber, and rubber. It is also composed of PA66, SEBS, PA66GF30, ALU, and stainless steel. Maximum protection with minimal weight. TTX01 and the use of materials such as aluminum for trolley versions allow HPRC cases to be up to 20% lighter than competing products. The reduced weight provides advantages in handling, transportation, and shipping costs. From the outset, HPRC has prioritized achieving maximum protection while maintaining minimal weight. The development of TTX01 continues, with lightness never coming at the expense of protection.

Certification: TTX01 provides high resistance to impacts, drops, and pressure while maintaining elasticity. HPRC cases retain their distinctive features when used in extreme hot or cold temperatures.

Temperature range: Guaranteed from -40 °C (-40 °F) up to +80 °C (+176 °F)

HPRC can produce UL-94 V-0 cases on request for a minimum order quantity. UL-94 V-0 is a fire-resistance classification according to standards established by Underwriters Laboratories.

All HPRC cases are watertight and resistant to dust, acids, and sand.

The HPRC collection has been subjected to severe tests based on national and international standards, including ATA 300, IP67, STANAG 4280, DS 81-41 FALL, IMPACT, HANDLE, SEALED, UV, and SEAL OF MATERIAL COLOR.
