The F. Dick REGULARCUT sharpening steel is a standard-cut steel designed to restore and maintain the working edge on hard-used knives. Its oval profile provides a generous sharpening surface for fast, smooth honing, while the ergonomic two-colour 2K handle with finger guard stays secure in the hand even when wet or greasy. Use it on its own for a keen, toothy working edge, or as the coarser lead-in before a finer steel such as the F. Dick FINECUT.
