Browning X-Bolt 2 Composite MB 7MM RM 3RD Mag

The Browning X-Bolt 2 Hunter Composite is a no-fuss synthetic-stocked bolt-action hunting rifle built on the redesigned X-Bolt 2 action. It pairs a light sporter-contour barrel with Browning's Vari-Tech stock, which lets you tune comb height, length of pull and grip angle to suit your build and your optic.

This X-Bolt 2 Hunter Composite model is chambered in 7mm Rem Mag – a classic flat-shooting magnum for deer across open country. It has a 660 mm (26") barrel and holds 3 rounds in the detachable magazine, with a weight of 3.26 kg.

Key Features

• Vari-Tech adjustable stock – Comb height, length of pull (via internal spacers) and grip angle can all be set to fit the shooter, with overmoulded grip panels for a secure hold in wet conditions.
• Sporter and vertical grip modules – The rifle ships with the sporter grip fitted and a vertical grip supplied, so you can swap to the angle that suits your shooting position.
• DLX three-lever trigger – No creep, take-up or overtravel, factory set at 3.5 lb (1.6 kg) and adjustable down to 3.0 lb (1.4 kg).
• Redesigned X-Bolt 2 action – Extra bolt guidance surface in the receiver and a spiral-fluted bolt with a new handle and knob give smoother, faster cycling.
• Muzzle brake included – The threaded muzzle carries a radial muzzle brake to tame felt recoil, with a thread protector supplied.
• Bedded action, free-floated barrel – The action is bedded at the recoil lug and action screws so the barrel floats freely for consistent accuracy.
• Thick Inflex recoil pad – A 32 mm (1-1/4") Inflex pad directs recoil away from the face and soaks up magnum loads.
• Hunting-friendly controls – Top-tang safety with bolt unlock button, a short 60° bolt lift that clears large scopes, and X-Lock four-screw scope bases.
