Browning X-Bolt 2 Composite MB 6.8 WST 3RND Mag

The X-Bolt 2 Hunter Composite is a no-nonsense bolt-action hunting rifle built on Browning's redesigned X-Bolt 2 receiver, with added bolt guidance surface and a new spiral-fluted bolt with a reshaped handle.

It has a light sporter-contour barrel in non-reflective matte blue, threaded M13x0.75 and supplied with a radial muzzle brake and thread protector. The composite Vari-Tech stock adjusts for comb height and length of pull and comes with sporter and vertical grip modules, and the DLX trigger is preset from the factory at a hunting weight.

• DLX trigger – A three-lever trigger with no creep, take-up or overtravel, preset at about 1.6 kg (3.5 lb) and adjustable down to about 1.4 kg (3 lb).
• Reworked receiver and bolt – Extra bolt guidance surface gives smoother cycling, with a redesigned bolt handle and knob.
• Bedded action, floated barrel – Bedding at the recoil lug and action screws free-floats the barrel for consistent accuracy.
• Top-tang safety with bolt unlock – The bolt unlock button lets the chamber be checked and unloaded with the safety on.
• Inflex recoil pad – A 32 mm (1-1/4") Inflex pad improves comfort with magnum loads.
