Browning Nomad is a removable, quick-change scope mounting system: a base rail matched to the rifle carries an upper mounting rail matched to the scope. This is the Nomad Hybrid base rail for Browning BAR, Maral and Winchester SXR2 rifles.

It accepts all Browning Nomad upper mounting rails. As a Hybrid base it also takes Weaver rings directly on the rail, and the upper rail is secured with a coin rather than the Single base's thumbwheel.
