The Presslug Press device is a highly precise manual pellet press engineered for the custom creation of airgun slugs. Constructed from EN AW 7075 aluminum alloy with a sealed hard-coated finish, the Presslug device is designed for durability and longevity. The critical components, including the pressing mold, pellet die, and die counterpart, are fabricated from Toolox 44 steel, renowned for its exceptional strength and wear resistance. This ensures that the device maintains consistent performance over an extended period, which is further backed by a lifetime warranty.

The Presslug’s innovative dieline system enables users to produce slugs in multiple calibers by simply changing the pressing mold. This versatility is achieved through high-precision CNC machining, which allows for seamless transitions between different slug sizes. The device supports the production of slugs in the following calibers:
