The BKL-254 is a one-piece 4-inch cantilever scope mount for 1-inch scope tubes that clamps to 3/8" (11 mm) dovetail rails.

It is a longer version of the BKL-253, giving more overhang and more room to adjust the scope between the rings. Offered in matte black or silver.
