Whether in a steady stance or navigating the demands of varied terrain, these bags, named after General Sickles' trusted warhorse, are built to enhance your shooting experience, ensuring that each shot is as steady as the last.
Echoing the battle-tested durability of its namesake, each Grand Old Canister bag is made from the robust 500D Cordura. They are designed to face the elements with a resilience that harkens back to the reliability of a storied warhorse.
Personalize your shooting rest with the choice of Spex Lite or regular fill, easily adjustable through a Velcro opening. The medium size features a hand strap for secure handling, while both sizes offer ample support for precision shooting.
Available in medium with a hand strap and large sizes, the Grand Old Canister bags cater to a variety of shooting positions. Their canister shape provides a stable base for either seated or kneeling shots.
A carabiner loop on each bag ensures easy attachment to your range gear. Choose from tactical Multicam or Coyote colors to complement your shooting setup.

First up - this case is not cheap - but worth every penny if you have a rifle you wish to keep well-protected...
A big, well-padded case with a super-soft internal microfibre to keep the rifle and gear scratch-free, this carry case has an ingenious system of movable velcro straps so you can customise how the rifle sits in the case, along with any accessories to be stored in there with it.
Additionally two large front zippable pockets are excellent for keeping spare parts and accessories in, and the main zips can have a padlock fed through their zip holes for added security.
This is a brilliant case and will keep everything absolutely in order including the scope on the rifle - and you also know its a good case when the store owner uses it himself... ;-) HIGHLY recommended.
Finally picked up - after a five-month PTA wait - my new Howa 1500 with the FDE MDT XRS chassis upgrade and a sweet new long range Nikko Sterling scope on as part of the deal. As always Aubrey and the folks at Magnum were top notch, helping me get the rifle sorted and offering me hints and tips on getting the best out of this new target shooting purchase, plus of course those essential new accessories to get the best out of the Howa. Can't recommend the team highly enough - they genuinely listen and offer the best advice from their years of experience...
Even the best 22LR rifles can be fickle about the ammunition they need to run at their best.
My Anschutz MS54 shoots really tight groups with this stuff. And it’s not expensive…
The guys were really helpful in sorting out a pistol for me and sending it to my closest shop up here in QLD. I would definitely recommend calling and having a chat or drop in if your local. Thanks again guys.
These are the best projectiles. My lithgow 102 topped with a leupold 6HD 4-24 scope with the custom dial is set for these projectiles. I shoot nothing else. They are accurate enough to out shoot others at the range and I can confidently drop a deer out to 400 odd meters with one shot. Highly recommended projectiles
